Terms of Use

MoneyClimb · Effective July 31, 2026

Welcome to MoneyClimb, a personal and family budgeting app. By using the app you agree to these terms.

What MoneyClimb is — and is not

MoneyClimb is a tool for planning a monthly budget, tracking spending, and organizing debt payoff, built around a generic step-by-step method. MoneyClimb is not a financial adviser. Nothing in the app — including the monthly review texts, projections, and what-if scenarios — is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and no outcome is promised. Projections are estimates based on the numbers you enter. Decisions about your money are yours alone; for professional advice, consult a licensed professional.

Your data and your responsibility

The budget is built from information you enter or import. You are responsible for its accuracy. Document scanning extracts transactions automatically, and every scan result requires your review and confirmation before anything is added to your budget — always check the extracted amounts against the original document. Credit-report import works the same way: it reads the obligations and the rating printed on a report you provide, every row requires your review and confirmation before it becomes a debt, and MoneyClimb only displays a rating that appears on your report — it does not calculate, verify or influence it.

MoneyClimb Premium

Some features (financial challenges, debt what-if scenarios, unlimited debts, full document scanning, credit-report import, trends, CSV export, and the monthly review after a first free one) require a MoneyClimb Premium subscription, purchased through your Apple account: an annual plan with a one-month free trial, or a monthly plan with a seven-day free trial. Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple account's subscription settings. In a shared budget, one member's subscription unlocks Premium for both members. Payments, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

Shared budgets

A budget owner may invite one partner using an invite code. Both members can view and edit the shared budget. The owner controls membership and may remove the partner; a partner may leave at any time. Share invite codes only with the person you intend to share your budget with.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, to overload or disrupt the service, or to reverse-engineer the app except where the law permits.

Termination and deletion

You can stop using MoneyClimb and permanently delete your data at any time from within the app (More → Delete my data). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for financial decisions made based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes, law, and contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address with its effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Questions: igotcollect@icloud.com.
